Dilya St Louis - President and Founder
Dilya grew up in Russia and moved to the US at age 21. She was born with congenital heart defect and had an open heart surgery at age 11. That surgery played an instrumental role in her future professional career.
Dilya has been a registered nurse since 2012 and worked primarily in critical care environment. Currently, she is employed as a Nurse Educator at Nicolet College in Rhinelander, WI.
Dilya is married and has two daughters, Isabella and Melanie, and a stepson, Hunter.
Dilya loves to play with her girls, go swimming, boating, and just being silly and enjoying life. She also enjoys traveling as a family and explore new countries and cultures.
Dawn Quednow - Treasurer
Dawn resides in the community where she was born and raised - Rib Lake, WI. She currently works as the Administrator for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Her background is in Social Work and Psychology. Dawn is a cancer survivor and that is one of the reasons she works in healthcare. Dawn was also a teen mom and she wants to give back to young people that don't have the means or knowledge in healthcare for themselves or family.
On a personal note, Dawn is married with children and several grandchildren. She always feel blessed with her family. Dawn enjoys traveling, learning new things and helping others.
Krista Polomis - Secretary
Krista has been a nurse for 20 years. She has experience in various aspects of nursing such as direct patient care, case management, leadership, and education. Krista currently works as Nurse Educator at Nicolet College.
Krista is married and have two sons and one step daughter and she became a grandmother this year! She loves to spend time with her family, playing cards and board games. She enjoys traveling, hiking, riding, and baking.
